How to Link Your Credit Card to GCash and Pay Kulot Pet Supplies via QR Ph

Picking up pet food in-store or ordering supplies through Messenger? You can link an eligible Visa or Mastercard credit card to GCash and use it to pay when the merchant’s QR Ph code supports linked-card payments. Before you start

Make sure your GCash account is Fully Verified and your credit card is active, eligible for linking, and enabled for online payments. Keep your phone handy in case your bank sends a one-time password (OTP) or asks you to approve the request in its app. GCash Help Center

Step 1. Link your credit card to GCash

  1. Open the GCash app and log in.
  2. Tap Profile → My Linked Accounts → Credit/Debit Cards.
  3. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
  4. Enter your credit card details in the app, then tap Confirm.
  5. Enter your bank’s OTP or complete its security check. Once verified, your card will appear under your linked payment methods. GCash Help Center

Step 2. Scan the Kulot Pet Supplies QR Ph code and pay

  1. Get the official payment QR. Ask the cashier for our merchant QR Ph code in-store. If you’re ordering for delivery, message our official Facebook Page to confirm your total and request the payment QR.
  2. Open GCash and tap QR. Scan the merchant QR Ph code.
  3. Choose your linked credit card. Select it under Payment Methods. If you haven’t linked a card yet and see Add, you can link it from this screen.
  4. Review the payment. Check that the merchant name matches the payment instructions from Kulot, confirm your order total, and check any convenience fee shown by GCash.
  5. Tap Pay. Complete any security check and wait for the payment confirmation. Show the confirmation to the cashier or send the payment reference through your Messenger order conversation so we can verify it. GCash Help Center

What if your credit card doesn’t show up?

Linked-card payments depend on card eligibility and merchant support. If your card is already linked but GCash doesn’t offer it after you scan, ask Kulot for another available payment option. If a payment shows Pending or Processing, check your card transaction history before trying again to avoid a duplicate charge. Keep your OTP, GCash MPIN, and full card details private.
